If you are in our house around bedtime, you know it takes about an hour and a half to actually get the kids to bed and keep them there. Well, tonight, Bob and Elaina Thayer came by to pick up a book from Ang. We were talking and laughing at the door when Jesse came down, looking for an excuse to not be in bed, and said he came down to "see what the racket was." HOWEVER, he did not count on Angie asking me what Santa's phone number was so that she could call him to discuss a certain boy's disobedience. Now, if you know Jesse, you know that he doesn't exactly respond to direction very well all the time. Let me tell you, he is much more worried about what Santa thinks than what we think because he literally ran to his room, shouting behind back all the way that he was minding. We all got a good laugh out of it.
